The Southeast District is dedicated to continuous improvement and highly values your feedback. To better understand what’s working well and identify areas for enhancement, we are seeking your input. PARTICIPATION PRIZES!
Every student who has their parent complete the survey AND sign our Raffle Ticket will receive a small prize. Then, when our school reaches our participation goals, lucky students will be selected at random for some exciting opportunities.
HOW TO ENTER THE RAFFLE:
1. One or both parents may complete the survey.
2. Once you have completed the survey, please sign and indicate your student(s) on our Raffle Ticket.
3. Return the ticket to school with your student who is in the highest grade level.
