March Reading Challenge
E.A. White Elementary is excited to celebrate National Reading Month with a fun and engaging March Reading Challenge for all students. This activity encourages children to explore books in creative ways, develop strong reading habits, and enjoy quality time with their family while reading.
Throughout the month of March, students can complete a variety of reading tasks, such as reading while standing, reading a book about an animal, reading with a friend, or even reading with a flashlight. Each task is designed to make reading enjoyable and to help students discover new books and new ways to read.
Students will color each square on their challenge sheet as they complete it. Once the entire board is finished, they can return the completed challenge to Mrs. Baker in the library on or before Friday, March 27, to receive a prize.
We hope this activity brings your family many fun reading moments. Thank you for supporting a love of reading at home. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Baker at dolly.baker@dodea.edu.
